Introduction: An increasing number of universities around the world have postponed or canceled their teaching activities due to growing concerns about the Covid19 epidemic.Preventive measures following the Covid Crisis 19 endanger the mental health and psychosocial function of individuals.The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between coping strategies and psychological well-being and students of Sabzevar University of Medical Sciences during the Covid19 pandemic.Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on126students in1399-1400through available and online sampling. Data collection tools were demographic information questionnaire, Reef Psychological Well-Being Scale, and Blinges-Whames coping styles. Data analysis was performed using SPSSsoftware(version24),descriptive tests, independent t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson and linear regression.Results: The mean score of psychological well-being of the students participating in the study was 78/5± 81/67 &4/79% had high psychological well-being. The mean score of problem-oriented coping strategies of the students participating in the study was 04/3± 55/15and emotion-oriented strategies were 91/5± 43/18.There was no significant relationship between the mean total score of coping strategies and psychological well-being (0/05<p).The results of the study showed that students with older age, higher academic year and students with internship unit used more problem-oriented coping style in dealing with stress caused by Covid19.The results of regression analysis test showed that the variables of age, year and field of study among the predictor variables had significant predictive power for the emotion-oriented coping strategy variable.Conclusion: Due to the crisis caused by covid19 and its impact on mental health, it is suggested that administrators and educational planners,by holding workshops and counseling sessions for students, promote problem-based coping strategies in students.

Purpose:The amount of exclusive breastfeeding in Iran during the years1991- 2015is estimated 10- 53%,for improwing this, in the first step,the effective factors should be determined.Due to the lack of standard and indigenous questionnaires on the determinants of effective factors on lactation,this study aimed to design and validate native instruments for measuring thefactors affecting exclusive breastfeeding in Kashmars nulliparous based on the theory of planned behavior.Materials and methods:In this cross-sectional study,original tool was designed using the literature review and need assessment of beliefs To validate participated10nursing mothers,content-related validity through the panel of experts with the participation of10 experts in health education and tool design and validity Structures were studied by selecting156 of the survey population.The reliability of the tool was examined by internal consistency and Ray-Test.Results:The initial questionnaire was designed with 67 items. In the face value and validity of qualitative literature content,some questions were changed and in the face validity,6 items were omitted due to the score of less than11.5.In content validity,considering the cutting point79/0to measure content validity index and cut point of./62for the ratio of credit,18 items were deleted. Structural validity was performed by confirmatory factor analysis in LISREL software,The Reliability of the tool was also approved using methods such as internal consistency(α=0.832)and its stability through retest method (ICC=70.38).Conclusion Questionnaire designed for effective factors on exclusive breastfeeding in primipara women is a trustworthy tool with acceptable reliability and validity and we recommend it in related studiesKeywords: exclusive breastfeeding, theory of planned behavior, design and psychometric.

Background and purpose:Attention to midwives and their physical and mental health is essential for increasing the quality of services and maintaining the work force. Occupational burnout is one of the factors affecting mental health and performance of individuals. The purpose of this study was to survey the occupational burnout in midwives and its relation with spiritual intelligence.Materials and method: This cross-sectional study was performed on all midwives working in hospitals and health centers in Sabzevar in 2017 by census method. Data collection tools included demographic questionnaire,Maslach burnout Inventory and King’s Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Descriptive Statistics, Pearson, Spearman correlation, Man-Whitney and Kruskal Wallis by SPSS(ver.17).Results: The score of occupational burnout in midwives was 41,81±17,47 and spiritual intelligence was67.88±10.73. There was not a significant correlation between the occupational burnout and spiritual intelligence in midwives. There was a significant and direct correlation between the occupational burnout with age (p=0.02, r= 0.16) and work experience (p= 0.001, r=0.26). Also there was a significant and reverse correlation between the occupational burnout and income satisfaction (p=0.01,r=-0.19) and job satisfaction (r= -0.46, p0.001). Occupational burnout was higher in official midwives (p=0.01).Conclusion: The burnout of midwives was moderate and there was no significant relationship between burnout and spiritual intelligence. Considering the importance of midwifery in the field of health and improving the quality of clinical services, It seems necessary to adopt strategy for reduce occupational burnout such as; reducing work-related pressures and improving working conditions.
